Day of Coordination:

This Package Includes:

• Unlimited emails and phone calls

• One site visit

• Our coordinators will be present at rehearsal dinner to do a run through and answer any last-minute questions

• Our coordinators will be present all day at the wedding and reception to organize vendors, answer questions and make sure the day runs smoothly and goes off without a hitch

Full-Service Coordination:

It is just that! We will help you step by step through the planning process leading up to and including your big day!

 

This Package Includes:

• Everything the day of coordination includes

PLUS:

• Multiple site visits if needed

• Help with choosing vendors (We are the go-between, so you do not have to answer a lot of questions from different vendors throughout the planning)

• Help with signing vendor contracts and make payments directly to your vendors OR contract us to book vendors and handle payments

• Attend any vendor meetings needed

• Help with the seating chart, invitations, RSVPs, menus, and even welcome bags for your guests (Gifts can include items from any of our shops!)

• Blocking hotel rooms 

• Wedding weekend timeline 

• Day of timeline
